Sena's commitment to this ideal was the driving force in her decision to assemble a small team of like-minded Real Estate professionals and thus the doors of First Coast Realty Of Jacksonville Inc. opened on Florida's First Coast in 2008. Vickie Hall

Vickie's in her fifth year in the real estate field and though in a down market she is still going strong. Her ten years of business experience in sales, management and relocation for a Fortune 500 company has taught her valuable business skills which include integrity, trust, accountability, professionalism and sound negotiating skills. Janell Ussery

After retiring as a manager from BellSouth Telephone Co. with 34 years of service, Janell has chosen to pursue her life long passion in real estate. Whether residential, commercial, vacation or land, Janell is committed to finding you the best possible home for the best possible price.

Steve Hermes

Steve is a full-time teacher that has always had a passion for real estate. He initially got involved as an investor, and recently decided to become a licensed Realtor in order to offer his expertise to others. His investments have led to extensive experience in buying and selling, as well as physically repairing and remodeling homes. Marrissa Mendenhall

Marrissa Mendenhall was born and raised in Southern New Jersey and relocated to Orlando, Fl in 1989 where she raised her children. She eventually relocated to Jacksonville Beach where she currently lives and has been pleasantly surprised by the Culture, and diversity of Jacksonville. Marrissa said,"I believe Jacksonville is Florida's best kept secret!"

She personally has been on the other end by being a homeowner who needed the assistance of a Realtor to sell and purchase a home or two! What Marrissa enjoyed most was the personal connection she developed with her Realtor. Unknowing how hard the Realtor really worked for her until she entered the Real Estate Business. Gerri Cuny

Gerri has worked for several years in the residential construction business in the Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra Beach areas. In addition, for the last few years she has been co-owner of a property management company specializing in bank owned properties.
